Summary

No modifications or public distribution of the original Material without explicit permission.
Private server use is permitted under strict conditions; commercial use is disallowed.
Modpack Inclusion: Unmodified modpacks may include the Material provided the modpack’s download page features a clear, accessible Official Download Link. For modified modpacks, explicit written approval from @gamedash43 is required. The .jar file may be added directly, though distribution via CurseForge is preferred.
Clear attribution is required for any public display of the Material.

How You Can Use the Material

You can use the Material (like mods, datapacks, or resource packs) on your modpacks and servers as long as you follow these simple rules:

In Modpacks: If you use the Material exactly as it is, just make sure your modpack’s download page shows the official download link. If you change anything in the Material, you must get written permission from @gamedash43.
On Servers:
- Private Servers: If you run a server that only your invited friends can join, you can use the Material.
- Public Servers: If your server is open to everyone or if you make money from it, you need to get written permission from @gamedash43.
